United Association International Representative (California and Hawaii) Derrick Kualapai has been appointed to California Governor Gavin Newsom’s Recovery Task Force on Jobs and Business. This task force is composed of leaders from labor, business and healthcare to collaborate on ways to safely reopen California’s economy and job market following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kualapai was also was named by Governor Newsom to serve on the California Apprenticeship Committee. Derrick will be a tireless advocate for the working people in California and we know that he will do his usual outstanding job
