The UA Veterans in Piping (VIP) program provides free, industry-recognized training in welding, HVACR, and fire suppression to active-duty military service members preparing to transition to civilian careers. Graduates are guaranteed job placement in a UA-registered apprenticeship, setting them on a path to rewarding careers in the union pipe trades.

Plumbers 911 and HVAC 911

Plumbers 911 and HVAC 911 are trusted referral services connecting homeowners with qualified local plumbing and HVAC contractors. Unlike large national chains that may rely on undertrained technicians, our network is composed of licensed, bonded, and insured professionals. These contractors employ members of the United Association (UA), each of whom receives more than 10,000 hours of comprehensive training to ensure the highest standards of service and safety.
