The UA Charitable Fund Trust, 501(c)(3), was originally established to provide contributions to victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Since then, the fund has continued to serve as a source of financial support for individuals and local unions that have suffered damages from natural disasters or other tragedies. Since its inception, over $8 million has been raised through the UA Charitable Fund Trust to assist UA members experiencing hardship.
The United Association lost five of our Brothers in the tragic crash of American Airlines Flight 5342. Many of you have asked how you may provide support and care to the families of our fallen Brothers. The UA is coordinating efforts to collect any contributions and direct funds to these young families directly.
