OSHA's Emergency Temporary Standard made available

On June 9, 2021, Secretary of Labor, Marty Walsh announced in a hearing before the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions that OSHA's Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on COVID-19 will be made available on OSHA's website starting, June 10, 2021.  However, the standard will only apply to the healthcare industry.  OSHA will be providing additional COVID-19 guidance to all other industries reflecting the latest CDC guidance on COVID-19 to help employers protect their workers who have not be vaccinated against the virus.  MCAA will make the guidance available to you as soon as it is published by OSHA.  https://www.mcaa.org/news/oshas-june-10th-ets-on-covid-19-will-not-affect-the-mechanical-construction-service-industry/
